Ms. Meng Yu is primarily responsible for the management of R&D operations across internal departments and external stakeholders to advance the development of HighTide’s pipeline. With more than 15 years of experience in business strategy management, corporate development and research and R&D operations management, she is familiar with all essential stages of novel drug R&D. 

Since joining HighTide in 2015, Ms. Yu has been responsible for the project management of HTD1801, the Company’s lead drug candidate. So far multiple clinical trials in various indications have been completed worldwide for HTD1801. Prior to HighTide, Ms. Yu served as a scientific liaison manager of Huya Biological Medicine Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., where she was mainly responsible for the operation management, compound sourcing/project evaluation and business development in Southern China. Previously she was a researcher of Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.   

Ms. Yu received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China, and MSc. degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno.
